This is the first practice movie that has been made on our course, it was filmed by myself (Lauren Crick) and the acting was done by Callum Lynch and Ellen Bassett.


In this movie we used lots of match on action which is where you film things twice and match the movements to create different angles and keep the viewer interested in the camera shots because if you just kept the same shots and you didn't cut and edit it, the viewer would get very bored.

The 180 degree rule is where someone is on the left or right and the camera has to stay on the same side of them else the shot looks wrong. It is a big part of the film we made and we did it successfully and it looked very good. If this skill gets used well enough it can make anything look very professional.
